Online payments are secure through Payfast, a trusted and secured payment platform.
Returns & Refunds
Please report any flaws or damage within 7 days of receiving the order. Each supplier, and product, carry’s it’s own warranty and will be addressed accordingly.
If you don’t like the product or clothing item you’ve ordered, you’re welcome to return it within 7 days, for a credit less the relevant shipping fees, if applicable.
Returns are only accepted if the item is still in it’s original packaging and its original condition is suitable for resale. Credits will be passed once the item has been received back in its original condition.
Please note, Trendy Tots takes no responsibility for items returned that don’t reach us or are damaged in transit.
Please notify us in advance if you are returning an item.
Packaging & delivery costs are not included in the credit if you decide to return an item.
In the event you receive a faulty or damaged product, we will replace or give you a refund. If a delivery charge was applicable, that will be included.
Please check your order carefully before returning any item.
We have a physical store based at 155 Main Road, Hermanus where you’re welcome to browse through the items offered online.
Shipping & Delivery
We deliver goods over R500, free, to main city centres. All areas outside of these cities are considered regional & will incur a regional surcharge.
Orders under R500 will be charged a flat rate of R80 to all main cities.
Couriers will attempt to deliver your goods between 9-5pm, to the address you’ve stipulated. If, however, no one is there to receive the order, the driver will depart with the goods and another attempt to deliver the goods will be made.
In stock items are shipped/dispatched 1-3 days after clearance of your payment. Made to order items once the manufacturing lead time has been completed.
Trendy tots reserves the right to charge an additional delivery charge should it be required.
